The training addresses unique elements of True Grit:
- repeated 5-20 minute climbs
- explosive power to improve technical ability
- technical skills
- training and nutrition to address cramping, a common problem in this early season event
The True Grit 50 Training Squad starts November 10 and continues to race day, March 10. Join any time up to Feb 10.
