i agree with you on that for sure. i just want to make sure 30 minutes 2x a week, and 1 hour or so 2 x a week is enough for me? tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday are much shorter than what i usually do. then the long weekend rides are less than i do on my normal rides with the exception of the 3 hour ride on some sundays. and the base plan is that amount of riding every week. again, i don’t have the experience and expertise you do so i am just shooting from the hip. does the mountain personal best plan have longer rides or should i just drop it and go with what you are telling me to do. thanks and i just don’t want to get fat! lol

and the power level and heart rate zone calculator asks for a valid power level when you only put in a heart rate. is there a way to get around that?
