I’m sorry, forgot to mention it. Vacation is still happening. But I can’t go on a road trip because of COVID-19, so I’m staying home. My training schedule won’t be interupted by vacation. I’ll be able to continue training during the vacation.

My A-race was postponed for a few weeks because of COVID-19. I’ll finish “40+ Masters 100 Mile PR TP” on May 31. The plan is to repeat “40+ Masters 100 Mile PR TP” as recommended, starting on June 29 to be ready on race day on September 19. So, how do I fill the 4 weeks in between to have the best effect. Can I repeat certain 4 weeks from one of your 40+ training plans? Any recommendations?

Thank you for quick response. I’ll have an eye on my health and weight, which might probably not be easy on a road trip from Denver to the West Coast.
One additional question. I have applied all training plans in Trainingpeaks. TP calculates a planned CTL of 58 for August 29. Is this value good enough for a personal record in my A-Race?
