ParticipantI'm doing the Full Gunnison Growler again this year. I'm trying to decide which plan I should use. I would like to use the 100 km PR plan, but I don't know that I have enough time during the week to do all the workouts from looking at the previews. Also, because of work and family, I haven't been on my bike much if any the past 3 weeks.
So I have two questions:
1. PR plan or Finisher? If the PR plan, is there a way to cut the hours in it?
2. Which two weeks to cut from the plan?

KeymasterI recommend you follow the 100 km Mountain Bike Race – Personal Record Plan and TIME CRUNCH it for yourself as follows:
- Drop any recovery session in favor of passive rest.
- Shorten the duration on any interval session to an abbreviated warm-up (about 15-20 mins), complete interval set and a very abbreviated (about 5 mins) cool down. Focus on quality work, over ride duration.
- Drop the Friday strength session if needed.
To shorten this plan to 10 weeks cut week # 3 and 8Lynda
