      Just wanted to say thanks Lynda for the 100km PR plan. Raced Whaka100 in Rotorua yesterday. Followed the plan about 85% of the time due to other commitments etc and stoked to say I PR’d. By 40mins no less! Big day with 3000m of climbing and mostly on single track in the Redwoods. Nutrition suffered when I went over the handlebars and lost a drink bottle and food. Plus it was an extremely hot day so had some legs cramps which I’d never experienced before. Knew I could push the pace when I needed to thanks to the training plan. Overall pretty happy with the result. Now to decide what’s next as I come into the summer tri season. Been a great offseason on the MTB. Cheers.
