KeymasterIf you lost weight your threshold heart rate will probably stay the same but you will be moving

MemberI gotcha, get more efficient by moving less weight.
I'm pretty sure there's a plan for that!

If your goal is RMU this is the plan to start with after your end-of-2010 season break (like Oct or Nov?)
