I just completed a mtb 10 mile Cat 3 event this weekend and am planning on racing again the following weekend. What should my training week between look like. Intervals, easy rides etc. ? Please advise.
When racing back-2-back weekends most of your rides should be short and recovery focused. The day prior to the race is a good day to pre-ride the race course and add a little intensity at race pace for a few minutes, such as 3 x 1 min at race pace.
