ParticipantHi, I just switched over to using the TrainingPeaks versions of the plans and had a few process questions. I am not fluent in TrainingPeaks, but it looks like once a plan is purchased, it is in the “library” and can be started as a plan on a specific date. TrainingPeaks is just then a calendar of activities.
If I start a plan on a given date, is it possible to delete the whole plan from the calendar if I change my mind and re-apply the plan to start at a different date? This is two questions really, first, is there an easy way to delete the whole plan from the calendar, and then second, will the plan always be in my library to re-apply whenever I want?
Next, say I have started a plan and its in my TP calendar. If I am in the middle of the plan, and I want to insert a few days or weeks into the middle of the plan, is there a way to “insert” blank days and push out the rest of the plan days by the number of days I insert?
Finally, when the plan becomes capable of downloading workouts to a Garmin, will I only be able to download the current day’s workout to the Garmin, or will I be able to scroll through on the Garmin and select which day’s workout I want to do?
Thanks!
Scott

KeymasterScott,
1. Yes you can apply and unapply plans from your library to your calendar. Instructions here: How do I apply/unapply my plan?
2. Yes. You have edit access with a Premium subscription to TP. Info here: Basic Vs Premium Athlete Account For Athletes
3. Good question. IDK the answer to this one! Ask support@trainingpeaks.com and let me know what they answer.
Use the TrainingPeaks Help Center for quick easy answers to many of your questions. Type your question in the search box.
