I have a training plan stacking question. I am following the same plan I did last year, finishing the 100 mile PR plan on June 1. Races in priority order are below:
June 15 – Lumberjack 100
April 13 – Barry Roubaix 62
August 10 – Ore to Shore 48
June 1 – Mohican 100
I previously used the time crunched cat 1 plan before moving to more of an endurance focus. For transitioning from the long races to shorter (40-50 mile range) after June 15, what do you suggest?

After Mohican I recommend a very low volume recovery week then follow week 12 again for Lumberjack.
June 17, the week after Lumberjack, take another very low volume recovery week.
June 24 transition to one of our cross country Build, Peak and race plans and follow weeks 6-12 to peak for Ore to Shore 48.
