      Hi Lynda

      I need advise on best training plan option for a 430 km /10 000 m vertical mountain bike race. I already purchased 2 of your training plans namely; 24 H solo mountain bike – personal record and Bikepacking mountain bike race training 5-10 days. I used both plans with great success.

      The 430 km race will take approximately 32 – 35 hours to complete. Race rules is to complete in one go without any sleep. This coming Monday is start of 12 weeks before race. Just need to understand which training plan will be more suitable for this race. Any other recommendations welcome.

      Wow, that sounds like a challenging race. What is the name of the event? I’d love to look at the website and course description.

      I recommend following the 24 H solo mountain bike – personal record to train for this event.
