ParticipantHi Lynda, I am a 40+ not currently on a plan. I’ve used both your weight loss/basic training plan and the race finishers plan (thank you!) successfully. I currently just ride whenever and whatever I want and am fit but with no direction, no planned recovery. We will be going to Moab in July (it is OK, we are from Phoenix and will ride early!) and I need to be able to reasonably keep up with the guys and ride 6 or 7 days in a row.
1) Can you recommend a plan? -OR- direct me on the choice of race type (stage??) in the app?

I recommend our Masters 40+ Mountain Bike Base Mountain Bike Training Plan to build fitness for a Moab ride vacation. July will be quiet in Moab! The desert is always beautiful early on summer mornings.
