      I am signed up for the 64 mile Laramie Epic on July 27th. I am 39 years old and I just finished week 3 of your 40+ Masters base plan. I can already tell the weight training and core work is helping a lot.

      What plan stack do you suggest to be ready for a race of that length? Thanks!

      I recommend you follow our Masters 40+ 50 Mile Mountain Bike Personal Record Mountain Bike Training Plan to prepare and peak for the 64 mile Laramie Epic.

      Thank you. I wasn’t sure whether to go for the 100K or 50 mile plan. Anything I should adjust for the extra milage of the race, or just follow the 50 mile plan as is?
