      Hi Lynda, as part of my training towards my first gravel 100 miler in October, I am entered to do a 3 day MTB stage race on 25 April (12 weeks away) and possible will also do a 100miler event for training on 11 May (not sure about this yet).
      I have your MTB 12 week base plan and also your Masters personal record 100 miler plan.
      Clearly I’m short of time to complete the base training and get build and race training in before 25 April. I just need to enjoy and finish the April stage race. How do you suggest I approach building in some base and peak training over the next 12 weeks?

      Hi Nick,

      As your peak race is not until October, I recommend completing the 12-week Base plan to set yourself up for a good season.
