MemberHi Lynda
As you know, I'm a HUGE fan of your training plans… the 24 solo finisher plan got me on the podium 2 weeks ago.

KeymasterRoss,
Congrats again on your solo 24 hour podium finish.
Is 12 weeks enough time to train for Leadville 100? It depends on your starting point. If you start over race weight and sedentary then, no, 12 weeks is not enough. The 12 week LW Coaching 100 Miler Finisher plan does have prerequisites – prior to starting this plan you should have been riding 3-5 times per week and be comfortable riding off-road for 2 hours.
Many athletes have successfully followed the 100 miler Finisher plan to sub-12 hour finishes at Leadville.
