ParticipantI’m well into your 12-week PR plan for Leadville and am loving it! As mentioned previously, my mid-week rides are all done indoors on the trainer. I married up TrainerRoad workouts with your plan for these rides based on duration and intensity (TSS and IF).
One question I have is how do you value the time spent on the trainer? Currently, I’ve got it as a 1:1 meaning if you called for 1:30 long ride, I selected an 1:30 long workout on TrainerRoad.
I’ve read some people claim that 1:00 on the trainer is equal to 1:30 on the road, but that seems a little extreme. Chris Carmichael appears to be more realistic saying that 0:50 minutes on the trainer is equal to 1:00 on the road.
Any advice you can provide would be great!

Keymaster100 TSS inside is equal to 100 TSS outside.
