      Hey,

      What training plans should I stack in order to prepare for the DaMN. It’s a gravel race across Minnesota, 240 miles of fun on August 10th. I’m just looking to finish. I’ll be one of the older ones at 55.

      Hi Scott,

      I recommend you follow this training plan stack to peak for The Day Across Minnesota on 8/10

      1/8/2024 start the 12-week Masters 40+ Mountain Bike Base Mountain Bike Training Plan and follow all 12 weeks of this plan.

      4/1/2024 start the 12-week Masters 40+ 100 Mile Mountain Bike Personal Record training plan and follow weeks 1-6.

      5/13/2024 take a week off training for extra rest, a non-training vacation or to catch up on a missed week.

      5/20/2024 start the 12-week Masters 40+ 100 Mile Mountain Bike Personal Record training plan and follow all 12 weeks to a peak on Aug 10 at DaMN.

      This Masters 100 miler plan stack will prepare you for the duration of a 240 mile gravel race. Some of the tougher 100 miler MTB races are equivalent in duration to gravel races 2 – 2.5 times the distance.
