Hi Coach Lynda,
I’ve been reading up on tart cherries in preparation for Moab Rocks recovery. I’m interested in the reduction of muscle soreness the tart cherries can bring. The research I found says 100-120 tart cherries/ day is good for this, but few products list the number of cherries they have… Any tart cherry insight as far as getting this dosage? Juice/ concentrate over powder?
