      I’m finishing up the Stage Race PR plan in front of the Breck Epic, on week 11 i was able to do Day 1-4 but work travel is disrupting 5,6 –

      Planning to move day 6 to Day 7, and try and do something similar to day 5 on a stationary bike in the hotel gym on day 6. good plan? also should i modify week 12 at all? I’m sure I’m severely overthinking this but want to put a the best foot forward if I’ve got the means.

      I like your plan. If you have tired legs on week 12 days 2, drop the intensity of the intervals one level to power L4.
