Hello! I am in the 50 mile performance training plan, my race date is January 14th, 2017 and I started the plan late. I think I will need to drop two weeks of training to make me ready by race day. What two weeks would you recommend I drop? I am currently starting week 2 today.

Additionally, i noticed some days have two core and two foam roll activitys in the same day, and very few actual rest days, is this intentional?

Miss out weeks 3 and 11.
No days should have two core and two foam roll activities in the same day so that is a mistake. Will you tell me what week # and day # you see this in the plan and I will follow up to correct that.

Yes the doubled up day is a Monday, week 6. (December 12th in my current plan).
So are the doubled rides intentional as well in the 50 mile performance plan? Somedays have two rides but they are different types of rides. This is fine but wanted to make sure.

I corrected week 6 day 1. There should be one strength and one stretch session that day.
There are no double ride days on this training plan. The second session of a day is a core and upper-body training session. I see it has been mislabeled on TP as a MTB ride. I have corrected that also.
Do you have a day on your plan that has 2 rides in one day? Is the second ride on a bike or is it a core training session?

Yes I have a few days showing two rides. Do I need to re-upload the training plan to make the changes take effect?
My first week (november 10) had a L3 tempo and a Zone 2 ride the same day, November 11th has two rides but one was labelled as extra/optional for the week.

OK – Are we now talking about the 50 miler finisher plan or the 50 mile PR plan? Now I am mixed up.
What plan week and what day do you have these multiple rides on? Please give me plan week number and not your calendar date so I can double check my master template.
Did you load 2 plans into your TP calendar at once? Plans will stack on top of each other in the calendar, not replace each other, mistakenly resulting in double ride days.

It is week one with doubled rides. I did not add the plan twice, we double checked. This is the 50 mile pr plan.

There are zero days on the 50 min PR plan where you should see two rides in one day. There is a mistake in your account. Please contact me at email@example.com and we can resolve this issue for you and make sure your plan version is accurate.
On week 1 day 5 (which I think is your Nov 11th) you should see two training sessions for that day. The first is a core and upper-body strength training session and the second is an optional ride.
