July 8th is the Silver Rush 50 in Leadville. That should be week 7 of the 100 miler PR Plan for Master’s. Can you give me some recommendations on how best to set up that week of training?

Replace week 7 with week 12 to be on top form for Silver Rush 50.
Also, to move race day to Saturday July 8th, miss out week 12 day 1 and move everything else up one day. Take a day off on Sunday July 9th.

Silver Rush 50 went great on the 8th. Took the 9th off, got busy today at work and had to take today off as well. This is week 8 and calls for an R&R week but i feel really good and fresh from 2 days off after Silver Rush. I substituted last week with week 12 as you recommended and feel really fresh now.
Should i proceed this week as planned with week 8 being an R&R week. I feel like thats too much rest considering I substituted last week with week 12 to be fresh for the race. Should i do week 7 this week that i skipped last week?
