      Hi Lynda,

      Today I had my final test after 3 months. Big improvement there! From 265 to 295W power threshold. With my 66kg body weight it is quiet ok I think. Hopefully I can Improve more with the master XC race plan next 3 months. What do you think? my idea is to have a little Christmas Holiday of two weeks (1 week away from home) and do some fun rides to maintain only on the mountainbike and some core exercises work.

      I would like to start my training plan at the 10th of January, it is perfect then to prepare for my first race beginning of April. Maybe the week before 10th of January I can do more or less the same as the first week of the plan which starts the 10th of January ?
