      Lynda,

      40+ 50 miler PR Plan: I am on Week 2 day 3

      I will be travelling and unable to train Week 5, days 6 and 7, and all of Week 6
      and then
      Traveling Week 8 days 4-7
      Next event is Mohican 100K on June 2nd

      I’ll be missing some volume rides and wondering how to best shift workouts.

      Hi Tom,

      Miss out all rides except for week 8 days 4 – 7. Switch week 8 days 4 – 7 with week 9 days 4 – 7.

      Focus on quality of the rides you do not miss!
