ParticipantI am starting week 9 of the 6 hour solo PR plan. Race has been postponed 2 weeks. what is the best way to stretch out the plan so that peak is timed correctly?

KeymasterAfter week #9, repeat week # 7. This is a rest week. Do less than is on the week #7 schedule if you are tired. If you feel great nail week #7 but don't go over. It might be hard to hold back this week but it is needed to push out your peak by 2 weeks. If you go hard this week you are likely to peak 2 weeks early as originally planned.
Then repeat week #9 again and bring it to a peak with week #'s 10, 11, 12.
Have a great race.
