      Lynda,

      I did my test today due to a conflict on this coming Tuesday. Hoo-wee! Knocked it out of the park, relatively speaking. I knew I went as hard as I could because I had that feeling in my legs and my lungs were about to burst. FTP is 195. Last test was January 2019 and FTP was 176. My 20 minute HR was 157. Last test it was 160. And the test before that HR was 166 (May 2018, FTP 193. Should I leave it at 157?

      HI Carey,

      Nice work!! That’s a big FTP jump from January. Yes, leave threshold HR at 157 bpm. Likely it was cold. Your HR zones will go up again when it is warmer.
