      Hi Linda,

      Apologies if you’ve answered this before, but what average power display do recommend using (5sec, 20sec, 1min, etc.) during training outdoors?

      With some of the zones having pretty narrow ranges anything less than a 20-30sec average seems useless outside (for all but the shortest intervals)…

      Hi Brad,

      Great questions. I like to display 3 sec power, 30 sec power and average lap power.
