I am a 40yo woman with what I would consider a good base level of mtb fitness planning to race the Whaka 100 (km) in Oct. I used the app to see what plan/s would best suit me but none came up.
There are ~39wks until the race. I plan to aim for ~6:30. What plans would you recommend?

I recommend the following stack of training plans to peak for Whaka 100 in Oct:
Schedule one week off in between plans to use for extra recovery or to catch up on a missed week. Each plan is 12 weeks so 3 plans plus the 2 weeks off adds up to a 38 week training plan stack.
