      Hi again, Lynda. I am at week ten of the Masters 50 mile plan and have my 100k A race on Saturday, October 7th. I wanted to shift my calendar in trainingpeaks ahead one day so the final workouts lead to the Saturday race with the proper rest day and then the openers day before the race. At the moment the calendar has my race on a Sunday. I will have to give up either a training day or a rest day with this calendar shift as I’m losing one day. I thought that I could just skip the steady 2 hour L2/L3 ride at the end of week 11 and maybe just do a longer final race pace ride before week 12. Please let me know if you have a better option in mind.

      Hi DBentley,

      I recommend missing out the steady 2-hour L2/L3 ride at the end of week 11 and moving everything up a day from there. I do not recommend adding time to the final race pace ride.
