Hi Lynda, I am starting weeks 1-6 of the CTR plan to prepare for a couple races in May and then circling back around to start the CTR plan agian at week 4 on May 27th. There are 2 overnight bikepacking trips in those 1st 6 weeks. Due to my work schedule I may only be able to work in just 1 if any. Should I just split the days/workouts in 2? I am training for the pisgah mountain bike adventure race and pisgah 111k, both one day races. I will be able to do all my overnighters once I restart the plan in late May. Thanks, Tristan

Given that you are repeating the plan, the first time through it, the over-nighters are a low priority. Especially the week #3. Splitting the days/workouts in 2 is perfect.
