I’ve just purchased the 12-week weight loss and base training plan. I’m in the process now of purchasing my Paleo books, etc.
In the program, you specifically mention using FitDay for nutrition tracking. I’m curious as to whether there’s a specific reason for that, or if MyFitnessPal would be okay?
I’ve used MFP successfully in the past and have the sync set up with Garmin and all of that. I’d prefer to use this. Though I will use FitDay if needed.

Oop – disregard. Found the answer. Either MFP or MyNetDiary will work. Thanks for the detailed documentation!

Yep – really any nutrition tracking app you like works. MFP, FitDay and MyNetDiary are all great.
