Hello – I’m looking at 2022 trying the NUE epic series with Mohican (June ’22), Lumberjack (June ’22), Wilderness 101 (July), and Shenendoah (September). Can you recommend a training plan stack? Of note, I live in Michigan and don’t have a fat bike so the winter will be largely trainer miles. I already have the 100 mile MTB PR plan from doing Lumberjack this year. I was thinking of doing that one again, but making the A-race Wilderness 101 in July, with Mohican and Lumberjack substituted instead of some of the long weekend mtb rides. Where I get stuck is which plan to do for base/winter, and then what to do from July to September (Shenendoah). I’m 38, female, somewhat beginner MTB skill-wise but good fitness/endurance from other long cycling and triathlon events. I also like to do some crit racing in August when it’s hot, and cyclocross in the fall….. Thanks for any tips!! –Ty
