hey linda, i have a heavy week and weekend of training planed this week and have a problem coming up this weekend, its a good problem but a problem. I have to travel on Sat this weekend and it's schedule is a 2.45 ride w/ 2x 20 min z4 tempos…i don't want to miss the workout but will not be able to fit it in…i will be able to ride a solid 3.5 hrs on sun with plenty of effort but what do i o about making up sat's workout?
