Hey guys! I’m currently doing the 50 mile pr plan. I’m on week 2 and missed my day 6 workout (2.5 hrs with 90 mins intensity) due to travel. I did my day 7 workout (4.5 hrs at zone 3) today due to time. My normal rest day(strength and regen) would be tomorrow. Should I do my 2.5hr ride tomorrow or should I opt for recovery from today’s effort. Thanks in advance and happy training!
