      Hi –

      I just purchased this training plan and I immediately recognized an area that I need to work on immediately. Nutrition. I typically live in a calorie deficit for at least 3 months leading up to the race. Do you offer any nutrition coaching? I would specifically be looking for a plan that would provide me with calorie intake guidelines along with macro targets if possible.

      My second question is regarding most of the Day 6 workouts. Is it safe to assume that these workouts can and should ideally be performed on a course that simulates the same or close to the same amount of elevation in the VT50?

      Kelli also offers Sports Nutrition Coaching.

      Yes, ideally all day 6 workouts are on your target race course or similar terrain.
