      Hi Linda,

      Do you have a recommendation for a nutritional formula to get the calories, CHO, Ca, Mg, Na that you are recommending? Thank you!

      Hi Shannon,

      No! Everybody has a different palate, fluid requirement and salt requirement which changes daily depending on temperature and humidity. Use the guidelines as starting points, listen to your body and read labels.
