      Hi Lynda,

      I have a couple of questions before starting the training plan next week:

      Saturday and Sunday activities can be swapped? or it is advisable do the tech skills always on Saturday.

      Optional recovery spin on Wednesday and Friday can be replaced some day by a slight running activity or from your point of view it is better to do a bike activity anyway.

      1. Yes, Saturday and Sunday can be swapped.

      2. Running. It depends… Probably no. Most cyclists cannot run as a recovery activity. Even at a very slow pace, running is still to hard to be recovery. To use running as recovery activity you must be fully adapted to running and be a long-time runner who has consistently been running year-round without a break for years. Best for most of us to keep recovery to the sofa or bike.
