ParticipantIn the article on the upgrades to the 2017 LW Coaching Training Plan Upgrades, the ability to export daily workouts from a plan to a smart trainer using CVT is a great addition. This feature saves time in having to build each day individually. I am not clear, though, on how the upgrades are going to happen in Training Peaks. Is this going to be done automatically? I currently have 40+ base; 40+ build, peak race, and 40+ 5-7 day race plans. I have logged in to Training Peaks, and don’t see the blue bar workouts in the daily workouts.

KeymasterWe are working through upgrading all the training plans. Currently completed are Cat 1 Base, Cat 1 Build, peak and race, 40+ Masters base. We are in progress with 40+ Masters Build, peak and race. All other plans are in the queue.
In the upgraded plans, your copy of the training plan in your TP training plan library contains the upgrades. Your copy of the plan that you have already loaded to the calendar does not contain the upgrades. It is required that you reload the plan from your library to your calendar so see the upgrades.
If you remove the current copy of your plan from your calendar, you do not lose the uploaded device files from that time period.

Participantthanks. I reloaded and see the workouts in the Training Peak plan. Now I just have to figure out how to get them into CVT ipad tablet. The instructs on the CVT for import file are not accurate, so I’ve sent a request to their help desk.
