Im Jose from Puerto Rico. Im 46 years old and compete in XCO Masters 45-49. I bought two trainings from you Category 1 Base 12 weeks and Category 1 Build, Peak and Race 12 weeks. I improved my FTP from 266 to 301 since October 4 2021 when started using you base plan and ended 2nd in my category yesterday in the first race of the season 2022. Thanks for you awesome training. Would like to know if you can guide me to re arrange the weeks for the remaining events considering Im this week on week 5 of Category 1 Build, Peak and Race plan.

KeymasterHi Jose,
Once you have completed the plan, recycle week 12 on any race week you have. Then work backwards scheduling week 11 the prior week and week 10 the week prior until you run backwards into a race week 12 again. This is how to program a race and rest cycle with closely spaced races.
