      Hi Lynda,

      I am in the third week of the Expert Base plan and I am having difficullty keeping HR in Zone 2-3 during the Force workout (low rpm hill repeats). Power is in Zone 3, but my HR seems to creep up to high end of ZOne 4 towards the middle and end of each repeat. Any ideas on how to control HR?
