KeymasterOoh sounds like quite a story here… Are your fingers going to be ok?
Start with 3 days off and extra sleep. Then sub 1 hour easy workouts for the rest of the week. After a big draining Epic it can take more than a week to recover. Let your energy level be your guide as to when you are ready to get back on it. Another week of sub 1 hour easy workouts might be the best plan. Don't force yourself back too quickly – that hurts and doesn't work so well either. I am a fan of giving up a little extra fitness in order to come back healthy and stronger.
