I just set a new high FTP during one of the workouts (woohoo!) and had a question. I’m currently doing the CAT 1 Time Crunched Cross Country plan and I’m on week 6. During the workout MTB Time Trial 1×20 I increased my FTP by 14. Should I go ahead and change it now or wait for the power repeat test in a few weeks?
Pretty pumped to go from a FTP of 279 to 293! Love your training plans! I had a 40+ watt FTP jump last year when I used your training plans.
