      Hi Athletes,

      Currently our forum registrations system is overwhelmed with spam bots. We are researching a solution to this issue.

      In the meantime we can register you manually. Please send me (lynda@lwcoaching.com) a message titled “Forum registration request” and I will register you manually. Include the username and email address you would like to use with your forum account.
