ParticipantHi
I have a couple of your plans using HR zones and now own a power meter. Can I just use the same plans and when it says Z4 HR substitute Z4 power?Thank you

KeymasterCongrats on getting a power meter. That's the best training device to have.
HR zones and power levels do not track in a linear manner. Most of my training plans have both power and HR zones to follow for every workout. Which plans do you have?
If you have both power and HR available always use the power levels to pace your workout.

ParticipantI have 6hr Solo MTB finisher and PB and I think I have SS base.
I’ve been using it for a couple of years but racing mainly CX. Have not had my FTP anywhere near as high as I had it after stacking the two 6hr plans so am thinking of going back to them as a base for CX next year.
Happy to buy another power-based plan if necessary.
