Hey Lynda! Can you recommend a training plan for me? Here’s what I have planned:
Sat, Apr 6 – gravel century, B race
Sat, May 11 – optional gravel century, B race
Sat, May 25 – optional grave 20 or 60 mi, C race
Fri, May 31 – DKXL (350 gravel miles), A race

That’s so exciting you are in for the very first DKXL!
I recommend you follow our 24-Hour Solo Mountain Bike Personal Record Mountain Bike Training Plan starting 3/11 to train for DKXL.
All your B and C races will fit nicely into the plan. In week 5 after the 4/6 gravel century, do recovery spins for days 2, 3 and 4 then return to the training plan on day 5.
