DaveKeymasterHi Lynda.
I have 3 questions
I am on week 3 of the 100miler finisher plan.
1. I will be out of the country from the middle of week 8 (CI-hills) to the middle of week 9. How should I compensate for these days off, deal with jet lag, etc.? I will keep up with strength/stretch.
2. My race is on April 13 so I will have a “free” week before the race. Which week should I ride to fill that week?
3. I am struggling to stay in zone 2 on selected days. Naturally bump up to zone 3. Suggestions?
Thanks!
Cynthia

Keymaster1. Take a week off training, do a few easy spins or walks while you are travelling, focus on eating healthy food and sleeping as much as you can. When you are back in town, restart the plan where you left off. This effectively bumps your plan forward by a week.
2. Following #1 bumped your plan forward by a week and you no longer have this “free” week.
3. Use easier gears and slow down to stay in target zone.
