I have been doing your 100 miler strong finisher plan and I have a question about cramping.

KeymasterThe hydration and electrolyte imbalance type cramping usually shows up in the large muscle groups first such as the quads and calves. It also shows up during the ride or the moment you step off the bike. Having the cramping occur later in the evening in a small muscle group makes me doubt it is a fueling issue.
