      lynda, also, for the core strengthening exercises, how many of those exercises do you recommend per strengthening session? for example, day 1 week 1- how many exercises? 2×20 for squats, seated row and deadlift. then 10 minutes of core work with my choice of core exercises? thanks and hope you are ok with all of the questions.

      I recommend keeping variety in your core routine. Include fewer slower exercises along with faster more numerous movements. Vary your routine often.
