looking at the new 7 day PR plan, and looking how to then be ready for Leadville 100.
I used your Xterra plan last year and loved it. Thanks for all your hard work.

Breck Epic and Leadville 100 are timed perfectly to use the first as training for the second.
There are 5 weeks between Breck Epic and Leadville 100. This just right to recover from Breck Epic properly recoup all that racing as fitness and put a second peak on for Leadville. As soon as I saw Breck Epic on the schedule I told all of my Leadville athletes to sign up.
The whole racing at altitude thing is perfect prep too. I like it
Thanks for the nice words about my Xterra plan.

I thought the same thing, great timing. I am just trying to see what workouts you would say to do for the 5 weeks between, I will be using your PR 7 Day plan for BreckEpic. Should I go back to 5 weeks out on the 7 day plan and use that for Leadville?

You need to recover from Breck Epic before you can make the best plan to peak for Leadville. You don't know what kind of effort you have put into Breck Epic until after the event. In the best case scenario you will race your a** off for 6 days, need a 4 days off the bike then
