KeymasterA better plan would be to follow the regular Expert Base training plan, not the Time Crunched plan and stick to the weekend ride durations. If you are time crunched Mon-Fri, you can reduce the warm-up and cool-down time on each ride to shorten ride duration and keep the quality work intact.

KeymasterDear Lynda
Yes I am time time crunched Mon-Fri,any other option from your training plans?
I forgot to mention that I love running and during the winter I do 2-3 times per week of 5-8 miles run.(Yes they are time saving…) and I would like to combine them during the week.
Just before purchasing one of your program for winter time (here in Israel no snow ,just some raininigs 2-3 days per week).
What will be your recommendation?
Regards
Yonatan
