      A better plan would be to follow the regular Expert Base training plan, not the Time Crunched plan and stick to the weekend ride durations. If you are time crunched Mon-Fri, you can reduce the warm-up and cool-down time on each ride to shorten ride duration and keep the quality work intact.

      Yes I am time time crunched Mon-Fri,any other option from your training plans?

      I forgot to mention that I love running and during the winter I do 2-3 times per week of 5-8 miles run.(Yes they are time saving…) and I would like to combine them during the week.

      Just before purchasing one of your program for winter time (here in Israel no snow ,just some raininigs 2-3 days per week).

      What will be your recommendation?
