ParticipantLynda,
First off 50mile PR week2 running sunday thru sat.
Ok first race ICUP 3/1/14 is on a recovery week should I switch week 4 and week 5 so i recover the following week? Or move recovery up one week? Or just stay as is
#2 is ICUP #2 on another recovery week. Suggestion
also week before whiskey 50 (peak) is a very, very high priority race the rumble at 18 rds could I do week 12 for 2 weeks and move week 11 up to week 10 as I know week 11 is a biggie.
Last since my weeks are sun thru sat how do I do the weeks where my races are supposed to be on day 6 how do I adjust? any suggestions would help. I know this is alot appreciate all that you do - February 11, 2014 at 1:12 pm #7655

Keymaster1) If you race on a rest week, take a day off after to balance. Add more rest early the next week if needed then get back on plan when you are ready.
2)Yes, do week #12, two weeks in a row. That is a good plan.
3) On a race week, drop your Monday session and move everything up one day to pull race day onto the correct day. Fill in Sunday with a day of rest.
