I’m into the second week of the training and so far so good. It’s nice not distroying myself on 4 hr trying rides. I’m racing the OZ Trail Epic race Oct 17th. There’s a substantial amount of climbing and I’m lousy climber. 2 yrs ago I raced the 24 Old Pueblo. My body gave out midnight with cramps and nausea.How do I improve on my climbing using this program?
